The challenge? Catch a fish (any fish) on a Rude Trude, photograph it with the fly, and submit the photo. Easy, don’t you think? Not so fast, now!
Well, our “Rudie Can’t Fail” fly fishing photography contest ended Saturday and we’re just now getting the chance to post the photo entries. Gotta say, the challenge we gave you must have been even more difficult than we had initially thought. We gave away a bunch of free Rude Trudes. Folks were fishing them hard. But in the end, we only received 3 photo contest submissions. But they’re all good ones, and one of the entrants below will receive the Grand Prize, a sweet Fishpond Cerveza Sidekick chest pack (with a cool built-in beverage holder). Who should win?
We’ll be judging the photo contest this weekend. Remember, the Grand Prize goes to the best photo, not necessarily the biggest fish. Which is your favorite? We’re not going to make an internet popularity contest out of this, but we do value your opinion. Leave us a comment about who you think should win.
