Sweetwater Fly Shop manager Paul Weamer’s newest book, “The Bug Book,” is now available as a Kindle e-book from Amazon! Subtitled “A Fly Fisher’s Guide to Trout Stream Insects,” the book is a great introduction to aquatic entomology for the trout angler. If you’ve ever wondered about the insects that you’re seeing on the water (and that the trout are eating), this is just the book for you. Whether you’re a novice or experienced angler, if you want to increase your knowledge of aquatic insects and their imitations, you’ll get tons of useful information from Paul’s book. And it features a plethora of great bug photographs taken by Paul himself. It’s non-technical, focusing on the information that you need to be a better fly fisher. And, like all of Paul’s articles and books, it’s a good read. Learn more about trout food and how to catch more fish by imitating it effectively! Download “The Bug Book” now! It’ll be out in old-fashioned book format next year, and we’ll have it in the shop then, but why wait?

Hi, Katie,
I’m afraid that The Bug Book is currently only available as a Kindle e-book. The paperback edition is scheduled to be published sometime next summer.
